Since drive PCBs (boards) are “married” to their parent motherboard, your old PCB will need to be installed into this replacement. Some minor soldering is required to complete installation of the PCB. After you have installed your PCB just re-install the anti-vibration bezel onto the back of the drive, plug the data and power cables into the motherboard, put the drive into place.
