Q1: Why the wifi box can’t be turned on?
A1: All over air transportation, the power button may be turned on as a result of vibration and the battery has run down. Please recharge it for about 1 hour.

Q2: Why the battery only last short time?
A2: Please check whether you have charge it fully. The battery generally can last about 40-60 minutes at high resolution when turn the light to the brightest after fully charged. Q3: The setting is 1200P but why the picture is not clear enough?
