The Supermicro SuperServer 5028D-TN4T Mini-Tower server features the Intel Xeon D-1541 8-Core Processor with two 10 Gb Ethernet ports (10GBase-T), two Gigabit ports, and a dedicated IPMI port. The Mini Tower includes a locking front bezel with 4 x hot-swap drive bays that reinforce 3.5″ SATA drives or 2.5″ drives with optional drive carriers (now not included). The Intel Xeon D provides an influence-efficient platform that consumes less power and generates less warmth than conventional server platforms making this server suitable for cloud and virtualization, general networking, high-performance NAS, SMB very important server and other embedded applications.
