You’ll do: Make sure Micro USB cable and adapter connect with Wireless Charger Pad Stably

You’ll do: Site your phone on the center port of charging pad and TAKE OFF PHONE CASE for best charging result

You’ll do: please check if there is MAGNETIC or METAL objects on wireless charger stand or if your phone is compatible when lights flash blue and green always and can’t charging

You’ll do: charge your phone with THIN phone cases (if needed) like Rubber Case, Ultra Hybrid Case, Plastic/ TPU /PC Case, Liquid Crystal /PP Case; MUST be within 4mm thin

You’ll do: when wireless charging iPhone X, 8 Plus, 8, light won’t TURN OFF even supposing phone is fully charged, but take it easy, it won’t damage your phone battery
