Q: How to change and customize the log-in password?
A: Please go to: System Setting–Change PWD–Enter your own password.
Q: After deleting all recorded files, camera still shows ‘Capacity is full and do Not have space to record’, how am i able to do?
A: To format the card reader. More specifically,
Windows device user: Simply right click the Card Reader, and choose to format.
For Mac device user, go to ‘Disk Utility’ and find the Card Reader, then choose to Erase/ format.
After formatting, new 64G memory capacity will be back for data saving.
Reminder: To have your important data saved/ backed up before formatting, or it will be deleted competely.
