FAQ 1. There is only sound in one side when you listening to the music by the headphone
A). Make sure the plug have put into jack absolutely;
B). Make sure your equipment in 3.5mm 4 pin;
C). Make sure the plug is in international standard not national standard.

2. There is sounds of electric current when you listening to the music by headphones
A). Make sure the plug have put into jack absolutely;
B). Make sure headphone is away from some electrical equipment which has stronger magnetic field such as mobile phone, fan, and so forth;
C). Please check whether the computer microphone is turn on, if not, please open the keep an eye on panel on the computer-sound-recording-level-the microphone, adjust the microphone to reinforce mode.
