The Proscan DVD1053 is a great addition to any home theater. It is progressive scan with over 500 lines of definition and has a compact design making it easy to fit almost anywhere in your house entertainment setup. There is a 2-channel output for the DVD player and it is compatible with DVD/VCD/CDDA/CD-R/CDRW/MP3/HDCD/JPEG/Kodak formats. The DVD1053 also features component video output (Y,U,V), coaxial cable and S-video output, a built-in PAL/NTSC system, and a fully functional remote keep an eye on.

This Proscan DVD player offers many useful features that can take your home entertainment to the next level. Subtitles may be displayed in one of a maximum of 32 languages available (multi-subtitles DVD only). Audio soundtrack can be heard in up to 8 languages (multi-languages DVD only). A multi-angle function allows you to make a choice the viewing angles of scene (for DVD with multiple camera angles only).

Compatible with PAL and NTSC DVDs

This player can play discs recorded the usage of either the PAL or NTSC system.

Multiple Angle Support

Recorded onto some DVD discs are scenes that have been concurrently shot from a variety of different angles (i.e. the same scene is shot from the front, left side and right side, etc.). With such discs, the ANGLE button on the included remote keep an eye on can be used to view the scene from different angles.
