After download the app, please do the following steps:

1, open the app, register an account follow the app shows and please do not be concerned, that’s very easy and just

  register for this time, click the top left, and choose PTZ cameras, scan the QR code attached at the camera(recommend)

  or Manual input device ID

2, then you’ll see the camera info at the screen and click add to add the camera, choose wireless connection or ethernet

  (only when you connect the camera via the ethernet cable)

3, click red light is flashing, the following is the key for connection, you want to use the needle to press the reset button,

  only for 1 second, then look at the led light ahead of the camera if it flashes red and green, if yes, then click ” next” to connect the camera.

4, please just follow the camera tips and setup one after the other.
