Fits for solid concrete wall and wood stud spacing of 16″ and 24″. One piece wall plate design differs from wall plate which is knocked down into two pieces, no need wall plate assembly. Long wall plate provides centering flexibility for wood stud installation and no need extra extension bracket or polywoods.
