The Motorola LI4278 general purpose cordless linear LED scanner is black, connects to a host system wirelessly or with a USB cable (included), and can be utilized to scan and decode linear one-dimensional (1D) barcodes. A 617-nanometer (nm) laser produces a single line of light that can scan barcodes on a label or cell phone screen from up to 30″ away at a resolution of 13 mm and a speed of up to 547 scans per second in continuous mode. Wireless Bluetooth capability allows the barcode reader to connect wirelessly to a pc or another host system (sold one after the other) up to 330′ away to transmit barcode data. The barcode reader’s USB cable may also be plugged into host system’s USB port to create a wired connection and recharge the reader’s battery (included). The battery enables the barcode reader to be used ceaselessly for up to 72 hours on one charge. This product weighs 7.9 oz. and measures 7.34 x 2.75 x 3.84 inches (H x W x D). (H is height, the vertical distance from the lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; D is depth, the horizontal distance from front to back.)
