The single COB LED for the flood mode provides a very wide and smooth beam with no shadows, and natural color. The head of the light has been made water resistant so if you happen to flood the light, the head will have to remain secure! This means the most productive of both worlds, having the ability to swap additional batteries, and not worry about flooding!
