Hall Research URG-SKU UTP Receiver

Used to receive a VGA signal over UTP or STP cable as much as 1,000 ft. The Hall Research URG-SKU Mini-Cat is a derivative of the preferred URA-SKU and is used to receive a VGA signal over UTP or STP cable as much as 1,000 ft. (300 meters) away. It supports resolutions including 1920×1200 and can atone for the high-frequency signal losses within the cable in addition to the skew that may be inherent within the VGA transmission over UTP cables as a result of differences in twist rates of the 4 pairs within the UTP cable. The device features Hall Research’s most advanced 5-pole VGA equalization network to precisely restore the signal losses as a result of cable length. As well as, the URG-SKU can correct for the skew created by the UTP cable that causes color misalignment within the received image. Both adjustments are done digitally the use of front panel buttons and are stored in non-volatile memory.
