Ikelite Underwater Housing with TTL Circuitry for Nikon D7100 and D7200 DSLR Camera

Other housings simply waterproof your camera. An Ikelite TTL housing improves your photos. TTL or “Through-The-Lens” flash metering means the camera controls flash duration to properly expose an image. Our built-in proprietary circuitry tells your camera that a TTL external flash is hooked up, allowing the camera to adjust exposure more correctly than with slave TTL strobes.Whilst the D7100 and D7200 are similar in physical characteristics, the D7200 utilizes a newer TTL flash protocol. Older housings produced at first for the D7100 camera, Product Number 6801.71, require an update to strengthen TTL with the newer Nikon D7200 camera. This housing requires the addition of a compatible lens port for waterproof operation. Lens port not included.
